The job for me that best illustrates Total Management’s work is the addition of a second story to Tele Sec’s headquarters. The lease on our old building was due to expire January 1. I signed a contract with Total Management on July 31, but was unable to obtain a building permit until October. Total Management finished the work ahead of schedule… The work was done under estimated cost and was in conformance with agreed to specifications.
